CVAB Community Voices Are Born and what they offer
Hi friends and NAMI SW WA family,
As part of Mental Health Awareness Month we would like to spread the word on what kinds of resources and support are available in our community. This week we would like to recognize CVAB who has a few locations in Vancouver and a Reach Center in Skagit County as well.
CVAB provides a large variety of social and support groups that empower and support people in their mental health and substance use recovery journeys. Many of their groups can be accessed by the Zoom platform online.
CVAB’s May 2020 Calendars of events and groups for each of their locations can be accessed below:
Don’t forget CVAB has a Warmline for people who need to talk and connect with a peer support. Peers have lived experience with mental health conditions or substance use disorders.
CVAB Warmline 360-903-2853 — Available 4pm-midnight every day.
